The Montgomery Ballet is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization, and is a Major Arts Institution in the State of Alabama. All contributions to the Montgomery Ballet are tax deductible to the extent that the law permits. Financing for operating expenses for arts organizations depend on annual funding from grants and donors, both corporate and private. Building endowment to help meet these costs proves crucial to smooth operations.
